Role summary:

The (USA) Software Engineer III will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that align with business and technical requirements. This position requires expertise in coding standards, testing, and continuous integration to ensure high-quality, secure, and efficient applications. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements while adhering to project timelines. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, technical acumen, and a commitment to delivering robust software components within an agile development environment.

What you'll do:
  • Analyze and scope business and technical requirements to support solution design and development.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain software components ensuring scalability, availability, and security compliance.
  • Create and execute test cases to validate functionality and identify defects, supporting continuous integration and delivery.
  • Build automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance development efficiency.
  • Monitor application performance using telemetry and debugging tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align development efforts with business objectives and technical standards.
  • Mentor team members by sharing expertise and promoting best practices in coding and testing.


What you'll bring:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of JAVA, Spring, Sprint boot , Or .NET Framework, .NET Core as well as Agile methodologies.
  • Strong experience in RESTful Microservices and developing applications using Java version 8 (or later ) OR .NET Core.
  • Strong API design, development, and management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD Pipelines, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Software performance optimization experience (container sizing, memory usage, CPU, scaling, etc)
  • Experience with third-party libraries, APIs and other open-source technologies.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and writing complex queries as per the business requirements.
  • Experience working with event-driven architecture and Kafka messaging.
  • Familiar with public cloud technologies in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
