Job Description:

As part of an Agile team, the candidate will work with users to refine requirements, design and develop high-quality, scalable systems, and assist users during the QA/UAT process. This is a hands-on technical position with the expectation that the majority of time will be spent on active development activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable technology solutions across multiple platforms and application environments.
  • Lead and support modernization initiatives, including application transformation, cloud adoption, and legacy system remediation.
  • Contribute to AI and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Support architecture reviews, technology roadmaps, application stability, performance optimization, and production support.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, risk management, and software development standards.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote engineering excellence.


Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional experience developing solutions with Core Java.
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or React.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience delivering modernization, digital transformation, or cloud migration initiatives.
  • Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and intelligent automation technologies.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools.

Pay range

$102,900.00 - $179,900.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
