Overview

We are currently seeking an experience Deputy Project Manager to play a key role within a high-impact technical services team.

 

Responsibilities

Candidate will work as the Deputy Project Manager for the Legacy Systems Replacement Project (LSRP). Candidate will work closely with the LSRP Project Manager and the Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) to perform complex to advanced project and contract management work.

This includes leading and coordinating cross-functional workstreams across the entire project lifecycle—from facilitating requirements-gathering sessions, through managing system integrations and data migration, to overseeing comprehensive testing cycles and software rollout. Additionally, the candidate will drive the development of project reports and executive dashboards to ensure transparency, while assisting with contractor deliverables and change requests, invoicing, budget tracking, and maintenance and operations (M&O).
