Responsibilities - Design, implement, and refine AI agents and their underlying "skills" to automate complex user workflows. Utilize existing infra for agent deployments.
- Build and maintain automated evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, accuracy, and safety across different datasets. Rapidly ramp up on existing products, identifying integration points for AI services without disrupting current production stability.
- Own the full lifecycle of complex features, from initial design documentation and planning to deployment and post-launch maintenance. Prioritize observability and predictability by implementing comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.
- Drive high standards for code reviews, testing coverage, and technical documentation to improve overall codebase stability.
- Help identify system gaps, technical debt, and performance bottlenecks, providing data-driven recommendations and executing improvements.
