• Configure and support the vendor Head-End application in partnership with technology vendors, system integrators, and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot application, interface, data-quality, resource-usage, reliability, and performance issues.
• Create scripts, alerts, dashboards, and automation to improve operational visibility and proactive issue detection.
• Define subsystem interfaces, integration strategies, sequence diagrams, state models, and versioning practices.
• Review vendor designs, code, test evidence, and system data for correctness, resilience, and compliance with requirements.
• Support validation planning, including stress, endurance, fault-injection, and failure-recovery testing where appropriate.
• Track technical risks, recommend mitigations, and maintain clear resolution ownership.
• Lead small feature areas or technical initiatives, including work estimation, task coordination, and outcome reporting.
• Partner with MDMS, integration, cloud, platform, security, and operational teams to support reliable AMI operations.
• Support ongoing monitoring, stabilization, and operational readiness activities.
