Overview
Sedaro is hiring a Software Engineer to build powerful tools for modeling complex Aerospace simulations. You'll work across the full lifecycle-from the editor where engineers model systems and missions, to the workflow tools where they schedule simulation jobs, to the 3D playback and analytics dashboards where they explore and learn from the results.
- Location:
80% in-person in Arlington, VA or Boston, MA
- U.S. Citizen or permanent resident status required
What You'll Do
- Build and iterate on interfaces where users define, configure, and compose complex system models
- Develop data visualizations and analysis tools that help users explore simulation results across thousands of scenarios
- Contribute to workflow and job management UIs that let users schedule and monitor simulation runs
- Contribute to our design system and component libraries
- Collaborate on information architecture and interaction patterns across the frontend
- Help investigate and resolve frontend performance and reliability issues as our data scale and user base grow

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 1+ years
of professional experience in software engineering
- Proficiency
with
React and TypeScript
- Familiarity with frontend automated testing
- Solid web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, browser APIs, HTTP)
