Full Job Description
We are looking for a driven Software Engineer with 2+ years of experience to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable APIs, microservices, and integration solutions within the Enterprise Item domain. As part of the Item Syndication team, you will help build and support services that enable the reliable flow of product, pricing, availability, and content data across enterprise systems and customer-facing applications. In this role, you will work on moderately complex projects, contribute to technical design, and collaborate with a team of talented engineers to deliver high-quality software that meets user needs and business objectives.

A Day in the Life as an Software Engineer, Enterprise Item...
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy APIs, microservices, and software features within an iterative Agile development process
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, reliable solutions aligned with business needs
  • Contribute to the technical design and implementation of secure, high-performance software components and integration services
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and team discussions to support successful delivery and continuous improvement
  • Perform code reviews and promote software engineering best practices, coding standards, testing, and quality assurance processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and technical challenges across applications and integrations
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment processes, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs, services, and system components
  • Monitor application performance and support ongoing optimization and reliability efforts
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices


What You'll Bring to the Table...

  • Solid understanding of software development principles, object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and Agile methodologies
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting APIs, microservices, and integration solutions

  • Understanding of REST APIs, API security, integration patterns, and distributed systems concepts

  • 2+ years of professional software development experience
  • Experience building and supporting APIs, microservices, or integration solutions in a production environment
  • Experience with cloud-native applications, containerization technologies, or modern DevOps tooling is a plus
  • Experience working with retail, ecommerce, Product Information Management (PIM), or enterprise integration platforms is a plus
