Job Description
Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of software applications in a secure environment. Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze user feedback, conduct software research and development activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot software-related issues.
Analyze user feedback and recommend system improvements.
Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using .NET technologies.
Execute and document software research and development projects.
Implement current and emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks.
Develop and maintain database-driven applications.
Participate in unit testing, debugging, and software quality activities.
Support Agile software development processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams to deliver software solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Active U.S. Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Ability to meet DoD 8140 foundational requirements.
5+ years of experience with VB, C#, .NET, and/or .NET Framework.
3+ years of experience with SQL or other relational databases.
Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Windows desktop development and Windows Server environments.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Experience developing Microservices and RESTful APIs.
Agile development experience.
Knowledge of C++.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent.
Education
Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, or a related technical field.
