General Summary of the Position:

Assists senior engineers in designing, developing, automating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and software deployment solutions across AWS and Azure. Supports infrastructure automation, CI/CD, monitoring, troubleshooting, and release activities with focus on reliable, secure, and on-time delivery. Works under general supervision and develops proficiency in cloud technologies, Terraform, Ansible, scripting, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain AWS and Azure infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Support provisioning and configuration of cloud resources including EC2, EBS, S3, IAM, VPC, Azure VM, Storage, and vNet.
  • Maintain standardized infrastructure across DEV, UAT, RV, and PROD environments.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Polarion X deployments and upgrades.
  • Automate installation, upgrade, patching, rollback, and reindexing activities.
  • Develop Ansible workflows with appropriate validation, error handling, and troubleshooting.
  • Support monitoring, logging, health checks, and alerting for cloud applications and infrastructure.
  • Participate in incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and production troubleshooting.
  • Support security, backup/restore, and compliance activities across AWS and Azure.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and maintain automation documentation and operational runbooks.

  • 1+ year in cloud, software, DevOps, or enterprise applications.
  • Skills: AWS/Azure, Terraform, Ansible, Linux, scripting, CI/CD, networking, security, monitoring, troubleshooting, and effective communication.

The pay range for this position is $73,800 - $132,800 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
