Job Description
Lockheed Martin, a leader in advancing secure communications and cutting-edge defense technology, is seeking a Software Engineer Asc Mgr to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical projects that protect and serve our nation's defense.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and integrating two subcontractors frameworks, supporting the onboarding of other applications onto the framework, and work as the Control Account Manager. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with subcontractors to update the framework roadmap, aligning with project timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the onboarding of other applications onto the framework
• Supporting integration, testing, and deployment of the software releases.
• Establish and assess progress multiple Control Accounts (CA) and Work Packages (WP)
• Define and assess completion of scope against the work breakdown structure and organization breakdown structure in accordance with Agile planning and program integrated master schedule
• Plan, assign and determine program performance based on earned value techniques, using Agile processes
• Support customer demonstrations and integrations events (some travel required).
• Perform functional leadership responsibilities, including workforce management (re-assignments, placements, recruitment, and selection of new employees, and terminations)
• Personnel management (training, mentoring, career development, performance, and compensation management)
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technical discipline or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Previous Software Systems Engineering and integration experiences commensurate with position
• Experience with Cost Account Management and/or Earned Value Management
• U.S. citizenship and a Secret security clearance

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $113,900 - $200,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $131,000 - $227,125. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
