Position Description:
The Software Engineer plays a pivotal role in designing, building, and supporting sophisticated software solutions that prioritize scalability across diverse platforms. This position focuses on leveraging automation for continuous integration and delivery to enhance velocity and maintain high-quality standards. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, translating project requirements into technical specifications and delivering robust, efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions that align with project requirements and long-term goals.
  • Analyze and mitigate performance bottlenecks or unexpected behavior to ensure optimal software performance.
  • Collaborate closely with team members, including developers, designers, and product managers, to align on project goals, requirements, and timelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members on coding tasks and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance engineers to address identified issues and ensure software meets specified quality standards.
  • Create and review technical design documents or diagrams, and plan and design software components or modules to meet scalability and efficiency objectives.
  • Debug and diagnose issues within software applications, employing analytical skills to investigate and resolve technical challenges and bugs promptly.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and quality assurance procedures to verify software reliability, functionality, and performance.
  • Engage in code reviews to promote code quality, facilitate knowledge sharing, and adhere to best practices within the development team.
  • Write, modify, and optimize code to implement new features, address bugs, or enhance existing functionality.
