What You'll Do- Work directly with clients and subject matter experts to understand their processes and needs, codifying this into software and evaluation datasets.
- Build and customize AI workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Own end-to-end deployments from prompt crafting to evaluation.
- Iterate quickly with users to improve output.
- Serve as a bridge between customer needs and Bluenote's platform capabilities.

What You Bring- 5+ years of post-college experience in software engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience in leading major product launch and/or customer implementations
- Hands-on experience crafting prompts and building with LLMs.
- Solid understanding of systems thinking and problem decomposition.
- Prior customer-facing or consulting experience is a strong plus.
