Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in system design and large-scale application development
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and message broker software (e.g., RabbitMQ)
• Strong mentoring skills and experience conducting code reviews
• Ability to produce high-quality, testable, and efficient code
• Expertise in debugging complex, system-wide issues
• Proficient in Java (backend) and REST APIs
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools, Git, and development environments like IntelliJ or Eclipse
• 20 years of relevant software engineering experience is required along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
