About Tech 360

Tech360 is Comcast's field technician platform - a suite of mobile (iOS) and cloud-based microservices that streamline the end-to-end technician workflow, from work order management and scheduling to equipment operations, device provisioning, field surveys, and on-site support. The platform empowers Comcast's field technicians with real-time tools for installations, appointments, security reporting, and offline-capable operations, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end manual testing for iOS applications and web applications ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using WebdriverIO
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
  • Identify, log, and track defects through resolution with clear documentation
  • Participate in test planning, test case design, and execution activities
  • Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and frameworks
  • Support automation integration into CI/CD pipelines for faster releases
  • Analyze test results and provide clear reporting on quality metrics and risks
  • Continuously improve knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and best practices

Technical Skills - Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience in manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications
  • Strong understanding of test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management
  • Proficiency in test automation using WebdriverIO, Selenium, or similar frameworks, with basic JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge
  • Proficiency in API testing using tools such as Bruno or Postman
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and attention to detail with a quality-first mindset

Technical Skills - Nice to Have

  • Experience with Playwright automation framework
  • Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks such as XCUITest or Appium
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration
  • Familiarity with Git and version control best practices
  • Basic understanding of performance and security testing concepts
