Responsibilities
Perform system testing including requirements analysis, design review, test plan formulation, design and execute test cases, conduct defect tracking, and software quality analysis. Validate, automate, develop, and manage complex large-scale systems. Implement test tools and collaborate with automation/performance test teams to build up internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive. Responsible for bug reporting, tracking, and retesting. Analyze test cases for automation feasibility. Work on project management, risk management, and process management tasks. Help onboard new members and guide them on how to collaborate with developers as well as with product and program managers.
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Performing and executing quality assurance testing for mobile products or large-scale client server applications; Reporting bugs using bug tracking tools and working with developers to resolve those issues; Designing and executing test plans and cases, and conducting defect tracking using Jira; Developing and improving automation testing frameworks using Python or Java; and Using SQL, Python, Java, Objective-C, or Golang for Regression testing, A/B testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, white box testing, unit testing, or black box testing. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136800 - $240000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
