Full Job Description
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer II to join our Digital Innovations team and help bring our most beloved brands to digital channels. As a motivated member of the engineering community, you will collaborate closely with partners across the org and contribute to high quality user experiences. You9ll work within modern development methodologies and frameworks, owning well-scoped work from design through deployment.

What You9ll Do:
  • Design, build, and maintain application features across the front end and back end.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, architects, and product owners to break down requirements and deliver value.
  • Implement component-based UIs in React or Vue
  • Build and ship backend changes in C#/.NET and/or Node.js, and make data model changes in Postgres/MongoDB driven by real usage and frontend needs.
  • Create reusable, well-documented UI components and patterns
  • Participate actively in code reviews; give and receive constructive feedback throughout the development process.
  • Write clear documentation and help uphold team engineering standards.
  • Participate in on-call and incident responses for your domain.


What You9ll Bring:
  • 5-7 years of industry experience as a full stack or backend engineer.
  • Strong fluency in modern web fundamentals
  • Understanding of web performance optimization and tooling
  • Proven ability to turn Figma files into accurate, responsive interfaces
  • Experience developing REST and/or GraphQL APIs, data modeling, and databases (MongoDB preferred).
  • Experience in test automation and writing unit tests.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.
  • Solid understanding of CS fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Proven ability to apply AI tools in daily engineering work, including code generation, code review, documentation, debugging, and workflow automation. Goes beyond basic chatbot usage.


Nice To Have:
  • Familiarity with Wizards of the Coast games, especially Magic: the Gathering.
  • Prior experience with logging and monitoring systems.
  • Experience working with microservices (design, deployment and integration).


The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.

Pay Range

$127,300-$190,900 USD
