You'll join a product-focused two-pizza team working side-by-side with product owners - contributing ideas that become your projects. You'll build across Help Me Here, Help products, an AI-based assistant, Contact Us, Case Log, and How'd My Driving (HMD) surveys, empowering both advertisers and associates to succeed across every support path.

- Participate in code reviews, giving and receiving feedback that raises the quality bar for the team

- Contribute to operational excellence - write runbooks, monitor dashboards, and participate in on-call rotations

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into working software

- Learn and apply Amazon's internal frameworks and tools (Coral, Brazil, Apollo, Pipelines) to deliver at scale
