Title: Junior Software Development Analyst II - .NET

Location: Hybrid 2 days onsite - Addison, TX

Duration: Direct Hire

Salary: $70k - $110K
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Software Developer to join a collaborative development team supporting and enhancing critical business applications. This role is ideal for an early-career to mid-level developer who possesses strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to continuously learn new technologies.

While experience with PowerBuilder is a plus, we are primarily looking for developers with solid software engineering fundamentals, strong SQL skills, excellent communication abilities, and the aptitude to quickly learn and contribute in a dynamic environment.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced developers, product owners, and QA professionals in a hybrid Agile development environment while gaining exposure to both modern and legacy technologies.
What You'll Do

Required Qualifications
  • 0-5 years of software development experience.
  • Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Experience developing applications using C# and/or .NET technologies.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize database queries.
  • Experience working with relational databases.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience with PowerBuilder.
  • Experience with Oracle databases.
  • Exposure to Agile software development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.
