Software Developer to join our Investment Book of Records (IBOR) Development Team. We are looking for a motivated technology professional with strong COBOL development experience and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with senior developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support and enhance critical business applications.
What you will be responsible for As a Software Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain in-house IBOR applications.
- Support and enhance existing COBOL-based applications and business functionality.
- Participate in application analysis, coding, testing, and implementation activities.
- Work closely with senior developers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.
- Perform code reviews and adhere to established development standards and best practices.
- Participate in system integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Contribute to application performance improvements and operational stability initiatives.
- Support Agile development processes and project delivery activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain development artifacts.

- Hands-on experience with COBOL application development and support.
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.

Education & Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in software development and application support.
Additional requirements - Ability to participate in production support activities as needed.
- Ability to work with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Commitment to meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality solutions.
Work Requirement - Onsite 4 days a week in office and one day remote
- Standard business hours aligned to project and stakeholder needs(8am to 5pm)
Salary Range:$75,000 - $123,750 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
