- Create or update data conversion programsa
- Run payrolls for comparison/reconciliation testinga
- Create comprehensive test plansaa
- Data Analytics and Validation - verify the accuracy of employee data, pay rates, and deductions.a Reconcile pay results between systemsa
- Regression Testing - ensure that new code or changes do not introduce errors into existing payroll functionalitya
- Problem Solving -a identify, analyze, and resolve issues or discrepancies in payroll data or processes; categorize variancesa
- Conduct peer reviews on other teammatese28099 configuration and code to ensure accuracy and alignment to overall architecture and design. Document software configurations in prescribed documentation tool(s)a
- Conduct unit testing in line with defined quality engineering processesa
- Conduct software development activities in support of application enhancements and system defectsa
- Documentation -a maintaina thorough documentation of test plans, results, and resolutionsa
- Mentor junior team members.a

Qualifications

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individuale28099s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000.00 to $165,000.00 (annualized USD).
