Impresiv Health is seeking Programmers at Levels 1 through 4 to design, code, maintain, and support technology solutions for business-critical systems. In this role, you will develop reliable systems, databases, interfaces, reports, and technical documentation while collaborating with IT teams, business stakeholders, and internal customers.What You Will Do - Maintain and develop systems and programs ranging from basic to complex using appropriate programming languages and structured programming techniques.
- Design and code systems, programs, and interfaces.
- Develop and maintain databases, program logic, and system and process flows.
- Participate in the development, review, and maintenance of technical and system documentation.
- Write and execute unit test plans.
- Identify, track, troubleshoot, and resolve system and processing issues.
- Participate in code and system reviews to confirm compliance with design standards, content requirements, and functionality.
- Participate in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
- Follow established source-control and versioning policies and procedures.
- Analyze files and map data between systems.
- Create ad hoc reports for internal and external customers.
- Research and respond to questions and requests from internal customers.
- Participate in or lead projects, including developing time and cost estimates, system modification schedules, presentations, and implementation support.
- At senior and lead levels, independently develop complex systems, mentor junior programmers, support technology planning, and help implement new procedures, workflows, manuals, and training materials.
- When assigned Scrum responsibilities, facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, demonstrations, backlog management, cross-team coordination, and team performance reporting.

What You Will Bring - High school diploma or GED in a general field of study.
- 1-7 years of experience in computer or information technology, depending on the position level.
- 1-4 years of experience in programming, query design, and database development for Levels 2-4.
- 1-3 years of project management experience for Levels 3-4.
- Knowledge of query design and ad hoc reporting tools.
- Programming and coding proficiency appropriate to the assigned level of responsibility.
- Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design, structured programming, data mapping, and testing.
- Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
