Location: Full-time | Hybrid in Phoenix, AZ | Four remote days and one on-site day per week | Candidates must reside in Arizona

Impresiv Health is seeking a Developer II - Medicaid Core Applications to build, maintain, and support technology solutions used in critical healthcare operations. This position develops reliable programs, databases, interfaces, and reporting solutions based on business and technical requirements.

What You Will Do:
  • Maintain and develop systems, applications, databases, programs, and interfaces using appropriate programming languages and structured development practices.
  • Participate in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Create program logic, system flows, data mappings, and technical documentation.
  • Develop and execute unit test plans to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, track, and resolve application and data-processing issues.
  • nalyze files and map data between internal and external systems.
  • Follow established source-control, versioning, and code-management procedures.
  • Develop ad hoc reports and respond to data research requests from internal and external customers.
  • Participate in code and system reviews to ensure solutions meet established design, quality, security, and functionality standards.
  • ssist with project estimates, development schedules, presentations, system implementations, and production support.
  • Support technology planning, project prioritization, training materials, workflows, manuals, and the implementation of new procedures.
  • When assigned Scrum responsibilities, support sprint planning, retrospectives, demonstrations, backlog management, cross-team coordination, and team performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and other partners to deliver dependable technology solutions.

  • High school diploma or GED in a general field of study.
  • t least three years of experience in computer science, information technology, application development, or a related technical field.
  • t least one year of experience with programming, query design, and database development.
  • Experience with T-SQL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Experience developing or supporting applications using the .NET Framework.
  • Experience working with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and integrations.
  • Experience using Git or a comparable source-control and version-management platform.
  • Knowledge of application development standards, testing practices, technical documentation, and the Systems Development Life Cycle.
  • Strong communication, organization, prioritization, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • Healthcare industry or Medicaid systems experience is preferred.
  • Experience with QNXT is preferred.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools or technologies is preferred.
  • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment is preferred.
