TITLE: Software Developer I
POSITION OBJECTIVE: We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join our Management Improvement team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about building modern, cloud-based applications and enjoys collaborating within a team to solve business challenges. You'll design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging modern technologies to deliver impactful solutions for our clients and internal users.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MS SQL, Angular, TypeScript
- Familiarity with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and DevOps practices (CI/CD, pipelines, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Git for source control and collaborative development
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver projects end-to-end, from brainstorming to shipping products in a self-driven way
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify requirements and design effective solutions
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, MS SQL, Angular, and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Implement, monitor and optimize CI/CD pipelines on Azure
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve performance and reliability of applications
- Maintain detailed documentation of architecture, software design, code, and processes
- Participate actively in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and sprint planning
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance team efficiency and product quality

- Hands-on expertise with Azure Services, Docker, Terraform, and Helm for containerized application deployment and infrastructure management

- Advanced SQL query optimization for large-scale data processing
- Experience applying AI/ML technologies (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision, or machine learning pipelines) to solve real-world problems
