Job Title: Software Developer - ECRM
Job Description: - Develop and design Salesforce solutions using programmatic and declarative tools.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and platform events.
- Produce clean, efficient, well-formatted, well-documented code that is unit tested and follows current best practices.
- Translate functional requirements into Salesforce technical requirements.
- Work within and across Agile teams to develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, business analysts and ISN software engineers to improve functionality and processes.
- Research new ways to improve existing functionality.
- Learn new software tools and skills as needed.
- Maintain in-depth working knowledge for assigned products, processes and team-wide projects.
- Proactively analyze and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and
- Three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or Salesforce Consultant, Consultant, or a related occupation.
Special Requirements:Must have any academic training or experience in the following:
- Salesforce Development;
- Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL;
- Web Services Development using a combination of REST, JSON, and XML; and
- Salesforce product suite, with experience in the following Clouds: Sales; Service; Revenue (CPQ and Billing), and Experience (formerly Community).
*Requires active Certifications in all of the following:- Salesforce Certified Administrator;
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder; and
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
