Job Summary
We are seeking Software Developers to design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable software applications and services supporting mission-focused government programs. Candidates may have experience with Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript, along with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and modern software engineering practices. This role requires an active Top Secret security clearance and 100% onsite work in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure software applications and services.
• Develop solutions using Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or related technologies.
• Build and support microservices, APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment strategies.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications and services.
• Perform code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Support mission-critical initiatives while complying with security and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
• Active Top Secret security clearance required at the time of hire.
• Ability to obtain and maintain additional government clearances, including SCI and/or Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility.
• At least 3-4 years of strong software engineering experience.
• Professional software development experience using Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience developing modern applications using software engineering best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience building and supporting microservices, RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and data-centric applications.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience using Git and version control best practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile collaboration tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or other federal government programs.
• Experience with secure software development practices.
• Knowledge of system architecture, cloud-native design, and scalable application development.
• Experience leading technical efforts or mentoring junior engineers.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience working within highly regulated or classified environments.
