Position Description: We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of resolving software issues and implementing enhancements. As a Software Developer, you will act as a team leader on projects, guiding and directing the work of other developers. You will also participate in the development of software user manuals and contribute to the overall success of our development team.
This position can be located anywhere in the Continental US.
Your future duties and responsibilities: Experience with DAI / Oracle Federal Financials
. Familiarity with: DPAS / ELMS or similar asset management systems DLMS / CTAS or DoD logistics standards
. Experience with automation of capitalization and asset accounting processes
. Understanding of audit requirements (FIAR, NFR remediation, valuation & completeness).
. Develop and enhance A2R related modules across Oracle EBS (Projects, Fixed Assets, Inventory, GL) and supporting asset/logistics systems (e.g., ELMS/DPAS)
. Design and implement Global Capitalization Interface and related automation components
. Build and maintain RICE FW components that interface (APSR ? DAI, ELMS ? EBS), conversions and extensions for asset data, reports for asset lifecycle tracking
. Develop automation for bulk capitalization of assets, cost accumulation and transfer, depreciation and valuation processes.
. Implement and enhance journal import controls and accounting event triggers
. Support integration to reduce, manual data entry, material misstatements, and timing delays in asset capitalization.
. Perform development Integration Testing (DIT), system Integration Testing (SIT), user Acceptance Testing (UAT).
. Troubleshoot and resolve data, interface, and lifecycle processing issues.
. Develop technical documentation, interface control documents (ICDs), and data mappings
. Collaborate with functional SMEs on A2R process flows and requirements
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Because of the scope of the work, US citizenship and a Secret clearance are required
. Relevant Oracle or ERP certification preferred.
. 2 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS development supporting asset or financial modules.
. Must have experience with: Oracle Projects (CIP/WIP), Fixed Assets (FA), Inventory / Procure to Pay (P2P) integrations.
. Experience developing interfaces and integrations between ERP and external systems.
. Must have experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher) and interface development (APIs, open interfaces, data loaders).
. Experience with RICE FW objects (especially Interfaces and Conversions).
. Understanding of Asset lifecycle (Acquire ? Capitalize ? Depreciate ? Retire) and CIP/WIP accounting processes.
. Experience supporting data validation, reconciliation, and audit traceability
. Experience working in Agile (SAFe preferred) environments.
. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
. Experience with DAI / Oracle Federal Financials.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 $176,300.00.
