Job Title: Software Developer 3

Location(s): Austin, TX

Role Overview:
The Software Developer III will design, implement, and maintain an enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment. The position focuses on identity governance, authentication, authorization, privileged access management, and application integrations throughout the contract period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement enterprise IAM solutions.
  • Build and maintain a centralized Identity Provider (IdP) framework.
  • Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
  • Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Develop Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle workflows.
  • Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs.
  • Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
  • Enforce separation of duties (SoD) controls.
  • Design and manage access certification campaigns.
  • Deploy and maintain a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.
  • Configure credential vaulting, password rotation, and just-in-time (JIT) privileged access.
  • Troubleshoot provisioning and connectivity issues.
  • Perform performance tuning and ongoing platform maintenance.
  • Continuously onboard new business applications into the IAM platform.
