Full Job Description
Data Gateway democratizes access to People data by delivering secure, scalable services to builder teams across Amazon. This enables business-critical functionalities and accelerates FPDS's mission to power Amazon's growth and People management at scale. Data Gateway powers over 2,000 applications with 270.5 billion API calls in 2025, representing 70% growth year-over-year. Data Gateway serves 5,000+ customers through integrations like Andes datasets and, through Maple, secures 24 million employee records across 160 applications, processing 8.8 billion authorization requests annually. These services power critical employee experiences for Amazon's 3 million+ workforce worldwide.

Data Gateway encompasses five product areas.
