Software Application Test Lead
Position Responsibilities:- Verification & validation of software via automated & manual functional & non-functional testing
- Test case configuration, creation, maintenance, and execution
- Defect reporting, triage, and confirmation
- Test cycle planning, monitoring, and reporting for software releases
- Internal and external stakeholder communication of software and testing status
- Lead adoption of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., training, tools, processes)
- Mentorship, training, and support of mid-level & entry-level testers
- Program test strategy & architecture
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Bachelor's Degree
- Active U.S. Secret Clearance or higher
- 5+ years of software testing experience
- 3+ Automated testing & scripting experience
- 3+ Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 5+ years of related work experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of directly related work experience OR 13+ years of related, relevant experience
- 10+ years of software testing experience
- 5+ Automated testing & scripting experience
- 5+ Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience
- Completed STEM Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Software development and DevOps experience
- Technical writing experience

Summary base pay range $80,000 - $103,000
