Full Job Description
What You'll Do Day-To-Day

  • Work from detailed programming specifications, design, modify, develop, write and implement software-programming applications.
  • Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
  • Support and/or install software applications/operating systems.
  • Provide resolution to a fundamental problem or seize an opportunity that improves the satisfaction of a customer, user or provider.
  • Explain the financial impact of a solution or a decision to assist customers in complying with budget requirements.
  • May provide guidance to less experienced Software Analysts.

-Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as C# and understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
-Familiarity with the stages of software development, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
-Understanding of software testing processes, including test case review, analysis, and participation in test witnessing and certification.
-Ability to identify and resolve software issues or bugs.
-Excellent communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data.
-Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
-Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.

Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $94,000 - $127,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
