Full Job Description
We9re hiring a Director of Resident and Family Services (MSW) - a compassionate and knowledgeable leader who supports residents and families through the emotional and psychosocial aspects of aging and dementia.

What You9ll Be Doing:
  • Support residents and families in understanding and coping with the psychosocial challenges of aging and dementia
  • Promote the community to civic and memory impairment-related groups, reflecting Silverado9s mission and quality of care
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and performance evaluations of team members under your supervision
  • Maintain continuing education through academic studies, seminars, and workshops
  • Participate in in-services, staff meetings, and case conferences
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Anticipated pay range
