What would my role be?Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of social work intervention towards patients and families.

How do I qualify?Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university
- Membership in the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
Preferred:
- Knowledge of community resources
- Experience in a hospital setting
- Experience with discharge planning
- Experience in supervising students
- Fluent in French and English
What skills should I possess to succeed in the role?- Able to work independently and with members of an interdisciplinary team
