Social Work Clinical ManagerStatus/Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 1.0 fte, Monday-Friday day shift
Location: Burnet Campus, and travel to outpatient sites as necessary
What you'll do in this job:- Lead and Mentor: Provide leadership and coaching to approximately 30 social workers in inpatient and outpatient pediatric units. Develop goals, policies, and educational programs. Mentor and support your team.
- Manage Operations: Be a resource for daily operations. Resolve issues, oversee staffing, and ensure new employees are well-oriented.
- Performance Development: Drive hiring, retention, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. Partner with HR and leadership to build high-performing teams, support talent goals, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and requirements.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Work with other leaders to improve staff performance and compliance.
- Project Management: Lead projects from start to finish. Ensure they align with organizational priorities.
What you need to be considered for this job:- Master's degree in social work (MSW) required.
- Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor (LISW-S) in the State of Ohio required.
- 3 yrs experience required, 5-8 yrs experience strongly preferred. Previous experience with leadership and management competencies highly desired: project management, performance management, interviewing & training, disciplinary processes, et. al. Previous experience in health care setting preferred.
