Description

Snowline Health is seeking an experienced, compassionate Social Services Director to lead our social services programs and support our interdisciplinary hospice care team. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide program development, support staff, and ensure exceptional psychosocial care for patients and families navigating serious illness, grief, and end-of-life care.

Location: El Dorado County / Greater Sacramento Region

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; flexibility required), On Call Rotation Required

The Social Services Director provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for Snowline Health's social services programs, including hospice and bereavement services.
