About the Role

Are you passionate about social media, operational excellence, and working with a dynamic, global team? Join Advanced Systems Group as our Social Operations Manager, where you'll be the backbone of our client's world-class social media presence. This is your chance to drive impactful campaigns, partner with creative minds, and make your mark across global and local markets-while advancing your career in a supportive, innovative environment. This is a hybrid role. Two to three days a week will be in office in New York City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take the lead in managing our global social media calendar, ensuring a steady flow of engaging content across every channel.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with talented external agencies, tracking content creation and unblocking any production hurdles.
  • Coordinate the internal approval process, swiftly routing assets through Product, Legal, PR, and Brand teams for quick sign-off.
  • Own the development and communication of master editorial calendars, aligning social initiatives with headline company announcements.
  • Build bridges across regions, merging stakeholder feedback into a globally consistent calendar that also honors local flavor.
  • Champion operational planning, running regular syncs to onboard stakeholders, align on campaigns, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Leverage performance data to refine operational processes, always seeking smart ways to enhance content strategies and campaign execution.
  • Identify trends, audience insights, and operational lessons learned-then share your findings to continuously boost team performance.
  • Bring creative briefs to life by setting clear operational expectations, technical requirements, and realistic timelines.
  • Serve as the go-to administrator for all social media platforms and management tools, enforcing security and governance best practices.
  • Support exciting ad-hoc projects, including live event coverage, tool migrations, and pilot programs that elevate our client's social presence.

  • Experienced in Excel, Sprinklr, Meta Business, Meta and YouTube Platforms and specs, Google Business Suite, ACC, with Gemini as a nice-to-have.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience managing social media operations, agency relationships, or complex marketing projects.
