Lead ServiceNow Developer (I4/M2) Position Description As a Lead ServiceNow Developer you play a pivotal, technical-leadership role in successfully deploying ServiceNow solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients. Your responsibilities include: • Architectural Expertise: Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance ServiceNow solutions that meet both immediate project needs and long-term business goals. • Solution Configuration: Lead engagements with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understand the functional requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to align with clients' needs and industry best practices. • Business Acumen: Drive understanding of the business context in which the team is working. Align technical decisions with the client's overarching goals and objectives. • Technical Implementation: Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions.
