OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Software Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise classification tools and applications.
The Software Developer will work across a diverse technology stack that includes Java, Spring Boot, C/C++, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML/SOAP, and Lotus Notes. The position involves both new software development and maintenance of existing legacy applications, including desktop, web-based, and service-oriented solutions.
What will you do?- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise software applications and classification tools.
- Develop backend applications and services using Java.
- Develop Java applications utilizing the Spring Boot framework.
- Develop classification tools using scripts, APIs, and web services.
- Develop and maintain Microsoft desktop and web applications using:
- Develop solutions supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft Web Office environments.
- Develop Java-based web services and applications utilizing Apache CXF.
- Deploy, configure, and support Java applications within Apache Tomcat environments.
- Develop and integrate applications utilizing XML and SOAP-based services.
- Develop JavaScript-based services supporting classification applications.
- Design and maintain web-based user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Maintain and enhance existing Lotus Notes applications.
- Develop classification-related functionality within Lotus Notes environments.
- Troubleshoot, debug, modify, and enhance existing software applications.
- Support both modern and legacy software environments.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation associated with application development and maintenance.

- BS degree and 11-15 years of relevant experience
- Professional software development experience with Java and/or Python.
- Experience developing applications using Java.
- Experience developing Java applications using Spring Boot.
- Experience developing scripts and web services.
- Experience with JavaScript development.
- Experience developing web-based applications and user interfaces.
- Experience with HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of XML data and SOAP-based web services.
- Experience developing, maintaining, or supporting enterprise software applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain existing or legacy application code.
