WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Subject Matter Expert Operations Research Analyst to serve on a contract supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Personnel and Readiness.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Leading and managing the team responsible for the development and on-time delivery of comprehensive readiness assessments, such as the Strategic Readiness Assessment (SRA) and Risk Mitigation Plan.
- Coordinating Department-wide collaboration and research efforts.
- Overseeing the analysis of readiness challenges and mitigation efforts.
- Overseeing the overall production and quality of the SRA and ensure timely submission.
- Maintaining expertise in readiness reporting and assessment policy guidance.
- Responding to Congressional inquiries and develop briefing materials for senior leaders.
- Providing strategic direction and ensure alignment with DoD priorities and strategic objectives.
Work Environment:
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
- Ability to work in confined areas.

Travel:
RequirementsBasic Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Current, active Secret Security Clearance.

- 8 years of relevant experience in military readiness, report writing or project management.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of DOW readiness reporting systems, processes, and data sources.
- Excellent communication and advisory abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications - Master's Degree in a relevant field strongly preferred.
- Current, active Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong executive-level writer with experience in writing issue papers.
- Direct experience supporting force readiness for the DoW or similar government entity.
