About the RoleCulmen International is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME IV) - Research Psychologist (Evidence Synthesis) to provide senior-level expertise supporting psychological health research through systematic reviews, evidence synthesis, and meta-analytic investigations. This role will help inform policy, practice, and clinical recommendations related to key behavioral health topics impacting military populations.
What You'll Do in Your New RoleIn this role, you will conduct systematic reviews, evaluate scientific literature, synthesize research findings, analyze evidence, and develop recommendations addressing topics such as PTSD, depression, suicide prevention, and related psychological health concerns.
Required Qualifications- Doctorate (PhD) in Psychology.
- Minimum of thirteen (13) years of post-doctoral experience conducting psychological health research.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience conducting evidence synthesis, systematic reviews, or meta-analytic studies.
- Expertise in evidence-based research methodologies and literature review processes.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex research findings.
- Experience producing reports, manuscripts, presentations, briefings, and other technical products.
