SME Computer and Information Systems Manager

The SME Computer and Information Systems Manager leads technical strategy, system-level integration, and architecture alignment supporting AI RMF implementation and TEVV planning. This role ensures technical coherence across AI governance, evaluation frameworks, and standards alignment activities without performing operational system development.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. AI Systems & Technical Strategy
  • Provide technical leadership for AI RMF implementation across lifecycle phases
  • Define system-level considerations supporting evaluation readiness and risk management
  • Ensure integration between AI governance frameworks and technical architectures
  1. TEVV Planning & Coordination
  • Lead development of TEVV planning frameworks, including evaluation objectives and scoping
  • Ensure traceability between AI risk factors and evaluation methodologies
  • Support synthesis of evaluation insights into reusable artifacts
  1. Standards & Interoperability Alignment
  • Analyze AI standards landscape and technical alignment with AI RMF
  • Identify interoperability considerations and evaluation implications
  • Support drafting of technical contributions to standards organizations
  1. Data, Systems, and Integration Oversight
  • Advise on data flows, system dependencies, and evaluation infrastructure considerations
  • Ensure alignment between technical systems and risk management processes
  • Support documentation of assumptions, constraints, and technical dependencies
  1. Program Support & Technical Leadership
