About the Role

We are actively recruiting a proven sales leader to build a new pod of SMB sellers based in our Dallas Hub. You will develop a team of sellers for Uber for Business adoption in one of the business's fastest-growing segments. The ideal candidate has experience focused on leadership in the B2B space and is empathetic, data-driven, and a self-starter with experience in both mature and start-up environments. This is a hybrid role based in our office spaces, with in-person collaboration on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.

What You'll Do
  1. Recruit, train, and develop 11-12 Account Executives
  2. Establish a customer-obsessed organization and operationalize strategy to achieve critical metrics.
  3. Supervise daily operations to maximize sales and meet, exceed revenue targets
  4. Implement performance management plans to hold sellers to a high level of accountability
  5. Manage and report accurate weekly forecasts and pipelines, achieve quarterly sales goals, and mentor Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals
  6. Establish an effective partnership with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams


Basic Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 2 years working in a sales leadership role
  2. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as stakeholder management, sales systems design, process-driven decision making and data analysis experience
  4. Desire to take initiative; thrive on change, articulate vision and comfortable with ambiguity


Preferred Qualifications
  1. 2+ years of sales leadership experience, including building, training, and developing sales professionals
  2. Experience with Salesforce; ability to develop analysis based on CRM data in a scalable manner
  3. Experience with sales enablement tools such as ZoomInfo, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Tableau, Google Suite

Responsibilities

For Dallas, TX-based roles: The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD $170,000 - USD $188,571. The OTE includes a base salary range of USD $119,000 per year - USD $132,000 per year and an annualized cash variable incentive target of USD $51,000 - USD $56,571.

The cash variable incentive target is based on individual sales performance and its payment is based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan.

An equity award and other forms of compensation may be included in the offer. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
