The SLED Account Management Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of Global Enterprise Advisors & Senior Analysts to deliver results through a best-in-class customer experience, exemplary sales partnerships, and an engaged, empowered workforce.
Balancing independent execution of initiatives while driving business results critical to organizational KPIs as evidenced by stack ranking.
Leading and encouraging change and innovation in your area of the business to create greater value for public sector customers, shareholders and employees.
Using sound judgment and business acumen to select the vital goals required for your area of the business to execute strategy.
Communicating clearly, concisely and persuasively to individuals, teams, senior leaders, large employee groups, sales partners, customers, and external stakeholders to achieve desired results.
Developing strategic relationships with sales, external partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders to achieve sustainable competitive advantage for your area of the business.
Leveraging all dimensions of diversity across your area of the business and creates an inclusive environment where people can contribute their best.
Coaching, training and motivating a team of Global Enterprise Advisors to provide world class support to State, Local, and Education customers by driving revenue through focus on churn reduction / self-service utilization, effective account action planning, participation in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and effective management of controllable OCCs.
Ensuring that Global Enterprise Advisors are executing on the contract deliverables of their assigned accounts.
Partnering with area peers to share best practices and execute on initiatives to drive our key performance indicators.
Presenting to executive leadership, sales partners and customers.
What we’re looking for...
Customer service is our promise and you’ll be leading a team to provide just that. You have a proven ability to coach and develop employees as well as the ability to develop strong partnership relationships with other departments.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Two or more years WCC experience and experience supporting public sector
One or more years in customer facing roles such as sales, customer service, sales or retail.
Experience with MS Office and Google’s G-Suite.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree.
One or more years of leadership experience
One or more years of WCC Account Management Experience
Experience with government customers/accounts.
Experience in billing systems such as (ACSS, B360, POS and Unified Flow).
Experience building, presenting and creating slide/decks presentations.

This hybrid position is eligible for the Alpharetta, Cary, and Annapolis Junction locations as well as West Valley, UT employees. All current WCC employees in a work location closed by the company will be allowed to remain in grandfathered homebased status in their current location if selected.
Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the Maryland location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $61,000.00 - $107,000.00.
