Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support mission-critical data center construction projects. This role focuses on construction coordination, contractor management, and supporting project delivery across all phases, with increasing responsibility during construction execution and commissioning.

Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day construction activities, ensuring alignment with safety, schedule, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate contractors, engineers, and vendors to support efficient project execution.
  • Assist in oversight of electrical and mechanical system installation and integration.
  • Support commissioning activities and system testing efforts.
  • Track project milestones and identify risks to schedule.
  • Assist in managing procurement and delivery of critical equipment.
  • Participate in site visits and maintain regular on-site presence during active construction.
  • Support constructability reviews, RFIs, and technical coordination.
  • Maintain clear communication across project teams.
