What You Will Do:

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our corporate website. This role is responsible for defining solution architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing Sitecore implementations aligned to business goals. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Sitecore, modern web architecture, .NET, and cloud platforms, along with strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
  • Lead solution design for our corporate website's Sitecore implementation, future upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Establish architecture standards, development patterns, and best practices for Sitecore Cloud, Sitecore ContentHub, Sitecore Search, Vercel, .NET, APIs, security, performance, and deployment.
  • Define web operating model and governance across Marketing, IT, and external partners with functional leaders.
  • Guide development teams through technical design reviews, code quality expectations, environment strategy, and release planning.
  • Design integrations and data models with enterprise systems such as CRM, CDP, analytics, identity, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Drive cloud architecture decisions for hosting, scalability, resilience, monitoring, and cost optimization, typically in Azure-based environments.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platform capabilities to improve speed, flexibility, maintainability, discoverability, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide oversight on system reliability, performance, and security.
  • Mentor developers and serve as the senior technical advisor for Sitecore-related initiatives.


What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience; or 14 years of prior relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience defining end-to-end architecture for Sitecore-based digital platforms, including content management/operations, asset management, personalization, integrations, search, analytics, and multichannel experiences.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore architecture and implementation, including Sitecore XM Cloud (SitecoreAI) with Vercel.
  • Experience with Sitecore Helix principles, headless development models, and composable DXP approaches.
  • Experience implementing and administering Sitecore Content Hub, Sitecore Search, and Sitecore Experience Edge.
  • Experience working with Sitecore REST APIs and GraphQL APIs.
  • Deep knowledge of Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, Javascript, REST APIs, and modern front-end integration patterns.
  • Experience using Git with Vercel CI/CD deployments.
  • Experience managing and triaging website security vulnerabilities.
  • Have a strong understanding of CMS governance, content modeling, personalization, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Have a strong understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO impacts and concepts.
  • Proven experience integrating Sitecore with third-party and enterprise systems, including consent management platforms.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence architecture decisions.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid delivery environment.


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with Sitecore JSS, SXA, Horizon, CDP, Personalize, or other Sitecore ecosystem products.
  • Experience with enterprise content migrations, legacy CMS transformations, and cloud modernization programs.
  • Familiarity with containerization, infrastructure as code, and automated testing practices.
  • Sitecore certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
  • Experience in regulated, high-scale, or complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong consulting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$225,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
