Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain AGVs, calibrating sensors and troubleshooting hydraulics.
  • Complete preventative maintenance routines and documentation.
  • Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot circuits from 5V to 480V.
  • Build and manage work orders in the asset management system including relevant data.
  • Troubleshoot AGV problems and identify required resources for resolution.
  • Supervise spare parts sourcing from inventory.
  • Perform equipment testing to ensure specifications are met.
  • Assist in training customers on equipment operation.
  • Respond to service calls, ensuring accurate resolution of equipment issues.
  • Identify and address problems proactively as they arise.

Full Job Description
TheElectro-MechanicalSupervisoris responsible forthe day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance. Acts as a seniorAutomatic Guided Vehicle (AGV)technician on all equipment that is installed attheLitchfield, AZ location.Aidsand mentors lower-level employees.This role will work Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Overtime and occasional weekend work may berequired.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be$36.00 to $50.00 an hourat the time of posting. Final compensation will bedeterminedbyvarious factorssuch as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will DoInThis Role

  • Repair and maintenance ofAGVsincludingcalibrating sensors,componentadjustment/replacement,componentlubrication,hydraulicstroubleshooting,etc.

  • Completes preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.

  • Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry(5V to 480V).

  • Build and close work orders intoassetmanagement system withappropriate datato include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.

  • TroubleshootAGVproblems and understand resources needed to resolve them.

  • Locate and supervise spare parts from inventory.

  • Perform sophisticated maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications.

  • Assistwith training customers tooperateequipment.

  • Respond to service calls and ensure equipment failures and faults are accurately resolved.

  • Identifyproblems as they occur and takeappropriate stepsto tackle them.

What We Are Looking For

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required. Typically,anAssociatesdegree or vocational technical training preferred. Niche skill training/certification preferred.

  • Demonstratesa senior-level knowledge of a technical or specialty area.

  • Proven experience inareaof responsibility and successful demonstration of position and key tasks as presented above.

  • Ability to be customer facing whilemaintainingprofessional communications through email and in-person conversations withonsitecustomer leadership, Dematic leadership, and technicians.

  • Responsible for leading projects, teams, and advisingday-to-dayoperations and tasks tothe on-sitemaintenance team.

  • Able to lift and move material up to 50 pounds each

  • Regular bending, lifting,stretching,and reaching both below the waist and above the head

  • Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds

  • Able to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation

  • Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours, and wet or uneven surfaces
