As a Project Manager at Casman, you will oversee safety, schedule, scope, and budget, acting as a key driver of project success. You will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Experience & Skills- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Superintendent role within the construction industry
- 2-4 years of post-secondary education in Construction Engineering, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a Journeyman Carpentry Certificate
- Proven experience managing projects under various contract types, including Lump Sum and Construction Management
- Experience with commercial, institutional, and multi-residential projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven leadership ability and experience working in a team environment
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Willingness and ability to travel to various Western Canadian offices and remote sites as required
- Must reside in Victoria or be willing to fully relocate
