We have a full-time position as a Site Superintendent. This position is eligible for remote. Candidate must be located in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, or North Carolina. Travel is required (75%).

We are seeking an innovative, collaborative team player to join our team as a Site Superintendent to support our many project sites within various areas.
As a Site Superintendent, you will support projects from contract award through completion by managing resources, schedules, budgets, and compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the project. You will also oversee issues, risks, and change requests to help ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time. On a day-to-day basis, the Site Superintendent supervises field operations, ensuring work meets quality expectations, stays within schedule and budget objectives, while delivering a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Site Superintendent performs some or all the following duties:
Safety:
• Coordinate safety efforts for all assigned projects, using both internal and external resources as required.
• Ensure all job site activities comply with OSHA and BOXX Modular safety standards to maintain a safe working environment for all.
• Perform and record Daily Toolbox Meetings
• Report any incidents immediately to the Project Manager and BOXX Modular Corporate Safety team and ensure that the incident reporting policies are followed.
• Create eCompliance Behavioral Based Observations and Near Miss Reports as necessary
• Participate in risk and incident reviews as applicable.
Project Management:
• Assist with the implementation of Scopes of Work, Delineation of Responsibilities, and Proposals for project execution.
• Provide leadership for project teams by building and motivating subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
• Interface directly with the clients on- site construction management team, utilizing construction knowledge and tools to manage the work, advise and direct in an ethical and responsible manner.
• Ensure all subcontractor contractual requirements are being fulfilled.
• Attend all assigned meetings as scheduled.
• Track and report on project results and metrics.
• Coordinate required inspections with local authorities.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
• Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by the project team.
• Perform daily punch list walk-throughs with subcontractors to minimize project closeout efforts.
• Supervise subcontractors' work to ensure schedule and service quality are to project standards
• Provides an expert-level knowledge of all assets in the assigned
• Identifying, investigating, and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner, utilizing principles of good customer service
• Create and distribute Daily Reports, Raken Reports, and ONYX Reports (training will be provided)
• Works closely with HSE on inspections and audits as required.
• Perform inspections to document the condition of leased assets on site.
• Conduct and document inspections of Modular Units to include punchlist, damage, and Ship Loose Material Inventory
• Regional travel to job sites will be required.
• Provide Expense Reporting via the company-provided system (training will be provided)
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a construction, Site Superintendent. Modular experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently communicate verbally and in writing and to interact professionally with both internal and external clients.
• Proficiency in computers/tablets and computer software, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Ability to pass both pre-employment and random drug & alcohol tests on demand.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal record check.
• Current valid class C driver's license with a qualifying driving background check.
• OSHA-30 certification or ability to obtain certification within 60 days of hiring date
• Must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
