Job SummaryOnPoint Industrial Services is seeking Site Safety Managers to support a long-term construction project in St. Louis, Missouri. This position will provide hands-on safety leadership and field support for a large-scale new construction and demolition project.
The ideal candidate will have strong construction safety experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner with project leadership, contractors, and craft personnel to promote a proactive safety culture.

The right candidate will be comfortable working directly with crews, identifying risks before they become incidents, and helping build a culture where safety is part of every task.Key Responsibilities- Provide professional construction safety field consulting and project support
- Serve as a visible safety leader in the field by engaging with crews and project teams
- Conduct daily safety observations, inspections, and job hazard analyses (JHAs/JSA)
- Identify unsafe conditions and behaviors while implementing corrective actions
- Support OSHA compliance and client-specific safety requirements
- Assist with incident prevention, reporting, and investigation processes
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and workforce engagement activities
- Coach and mentor employees on safe work practices and expectations
- Collaborate with project management and subcontractors to maintain a strong safety culture
Required Qualifications- 6-10 years of construction safety experience
- OSHA 510 Certification Required
- Experience supporting active construction projects
- Background with new build construction and demolition activities
- Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and jobsite safety practices
- Ability to work independently while partnering with project teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications- HAZWOPER Certification Preferred
- Experience supporting industrial construction projects
- Experience working with multiple contractors and subcontractors
- Additional safety certifications (CHST, CSP, ASP, etc.) are a plus
