Full Job Description
The Site Manager is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the HPC vehicle repair facility. This role provides leadership for all repair, diagnostic, quality, logistics, and facility activities to ensure vehicles are repaired safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Manager is accountable for site safety, throughput, quality, staffing, budget adherence, and customer delivery commitments while driving continuous improvement across all functions.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead daily operations of the HPC repair facility to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
  • Manage and develop team leads, mechanical technicians, software technicians, quality personnel, logistics personnel, and facility support staff.
  • Establish daily priorities, staffing plans, and resource allocation to meet vehicle repair schedules.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed in accordance with approved processes, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor facility performance through key metrics and drive corrective actions when targets are not met.
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to resolve vehicle and process issues.
  • Drive root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Oversee vehicle flow, material availability, inventory accuracy, and logistics activities.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and facility infrastructure are maintained and operational.
  • Maintain compliance with all environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Lead Lean initiatives to improve throughput, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resources to achieve operational objectives.


Who You Are:
