Job DescriptionThe Site Manager plays a critical role in leading day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful delivery of services across client sites. This position is responsible for overseeing all site activities, including operational performance, workforce management, financial accountability, client relations, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working collaboratively with clients, site supervision, operations leadership, and functional support teams, the Site Manager helps maintain FLINT's commitment to safe, reliable, and high-quality project outcomes. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, business acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to foster positive relationships with employees and clients alike.

What would you be doing?Operations Leadership & Site OversightLead site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and successful service delivery by:
- Managing and overseeing all site activities and operational functions.
- Developing and implementing operational policies, strategies, and procedures that support business objectives.
- Monitoring site performance and driving operational excellence.
- Supporting achievement of company goals, targets, and key performance indicators.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Financial & Business ManagementSupport profitable and sustainable operations by:
- Managing costs and revenues to deliver on contractual and operational performance objectives.
- Monitoring financial performance and resource utilization.
- Supporting contract execution and operational planning.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and maximize value.
- Maintaining accountability for site-level business results.
People Leadership & Workforce ManagementBuild, develop, and support high-performing teams by:
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
- Providing coaching, guidance, and leadership to supervisors and field personnel.
- Promoting a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
- Supporting employee engagement and development initiatives.
Client Relations & Stakeholder ManagementDevelop and maintain strong customer partnerships by:
- Serving as a key point of contact for operational clients.
- Building strong relationships through frequent and proactive communication.
- Ensuring client satisfaction through responsive and professional service delivery.
- Collaborating with client representatives to address operational challenges and opportunities.
- Strengthening long-term partnerships through consistent engagement and support.
Safety, Quality & CompliancePromote FLINT's commitment to safety and quality excellence by:
- Leading incident investigations as required and supporting site supervision during investigations.
- Reviewing and auditing incident investigations and proactive safety initiatives.
- Reinforcing compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
- Working closely with HSE, HR, Finance, and other functional support teams.
- Championing a culture of Safety and Quality Always.
Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementSupport organizational success by:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational effectiveness.
- Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
- Supporting strategic initiatives and operational best practices.

- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- High school diploma required; post-secondary education or a degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory, leadership, or management role.
- Experience in functional disciplines such as human resources, recruitment, supply chain, finance, or related operational support areas is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Proven understanding of human resources and safety regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet competing priorities and deadlines.
